Return & Refund Policy

At CNVNC, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@convincewear.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Garment Dye & Shrinkage Notice Our tees are made from 100% heavyweight cotton and are garment-dyed. Expect natural shrinkage of approximately 3–5% after the first wash. We recommend washing cold and laying flat to dry to preserve fit and color.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@convincewear.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If we sent you the wrong item, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Exchanges We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit. Need a different size? Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
